Metal objects t oo close to panel. Move all metal to minimum distance of
18 inches from the panels.
Unwanted alarms. Protected material from other
library/retail store.
Identify material that caused alarm.
Failure to desensitize marker
properly.
Check desensitizing process and
training.
Miscellaneous metallic objects. Infrequent unwanted alarms from some
metal objects are possible.
System failure. Place service call. (1-800-328-0067)
Reduced coverage, no
alarm, patron counter
